C.G. Brennan writes contemporary lesbian romance stories about women who are still becoming themselves. Her stories explore the tension between the lives we imagine and the lives we build.
Her debut novel, Roots & Wings, is a love letter to small towns, second chances, and learning to stay.
C. G. is retired from a career in education. These days she writes, reads novels and tries to stay informed about the state of the world.

I usually have 2-3 books in my head at any one time. No, I don’t get the characters or storylines confused, but I do carry the cast members in my head 24-7. Sometimes it’s company, but other times it’s a chorus of voices, each asking that I continue their story.
Writing is sometimes a matter of waiting for answers. I go as far as I can see, then I stop to wait for the next part of the story. For me, writer’s block is not an obstacle; it’s more of a signal that I need to pause.

Here are some authors I enjoy reading . . .
Gerri Hill
Rita Porter
Melissa Tereze
Ashley Moore
